Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gEncompass and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
